The short answer

Visualping also has AI. Every plan, including the free one, ships change summaries and an important-or-not flag — so the difference is not "AI versus pixel diffing". The difference that actually matters
Both products will tell you a page changed. The question is what happens next, and that is where they diverge.
Visualping shows you the change and offers a judgement on whether it looks important. That judgement is generic by necessity — it does not know what you are watching for, because you never told it.
SurveiLN asks for that up front. Every tracker carries a sentence you wrote, and every change is read against your sentence. “Alert me when a new chapter is posted” means a rotated advert is not a change, and neither is a chapter you were already told about.
