What we collect
Your email address (from Google sign-in — we never see a password), the URLs you track and the watch descriptions you write, notification preferences and browser push subscriptions, and — on paid plans — billing status from Stripe. No analytics trackers, no fingerprinting.
How it's used
To run your trackers, send the alerts and digests you asked for, and answer support email. That's it — no marketing lists. Session cookies are the only cookies. Read notifications older than 90 days are deleted automatically; unread ones are kept until you've seen them.
AI processing
When a tracked page changes, a snippet of it and your watch description are sent to Claude (Anthropic) to judge whether the change matches what you asked for. Content is processed under Anthropic's commercial terms and isn't used to train models. We store a one-sentence summary of the page's last known state, not page copies.
Third parties
The services that run SurveiLN each see only what their role requires: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI judgments), Stripe (payments — card details never touch SurveiLN's servers), Resend (email delivery), Google (sign-in), plus rate-limiting and job-queue infrastructure (Upstash, Inngest). The free plan may someday show ads — if that happens, you'll see a consent prompt where required and an update here first.
Your rights
Delete everything yourself in Settings, anytime. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. For anything else — access or export requests, corrections, questions — email the developer and it'll be handled directly.
