The service
SurveiLN watches public web pages you point it at and notifies you when they change in a way that matches your description. It reads pages the way a browser does; it doesn't bypass logins, paywalls, or access controls.
Your account
You need an account to use SurveiLN. Keep your credentials to yourself, and use one account per person. You're responsible for what your account tracks.
Fair use
Don't use SurveiLN to harass or surveil people, to hammer sites that ask not to be crawled, or to resell alerts as your own service. Tracking pages about a person who hasn't consented is not what this is for. Trackers that repeatedly fail — or target sites that block automated access — may be paused automatically; you'll see why on the dashboard.
Plans & billing
The free plan covers 3 URLs, forever. Paid plans bill monthly through the billing portal in Settings; cancel anytime and you keep the plan until the end of the period. No refunds for partial months, but downgrades are instant and self-serve. Each plan also includes a daily AI-analysis allowance (shown on the pricing page) — past it, changes are held and analyzed after the daily reset: delayed, never dropped.
No guarantees
SurveiLN is run by one person and provided as-is. Checks can be delayed, sites can block crawlers, and the AI can occasionally misjudge a change. Don't rely on it for anything where a missed alert causes real harm — it is not for urgent, safety-critical, medical, or financial-trading decisions. Legally: to the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Ending things
You can delete your account in Settings at any time — trackers and data are removed immediately. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended; you'll get an email explaining why. Material changes to these terms update the date above, and significant ones are announced by email. Questions? Get in touch.
