Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my trackers if I downgrade?
Your tracked URLs are preserved. If you have more than the free plan limit (5 URLs), every tracker is paused and you re-enable the ones you want.
What is "AI-powered extraction"?
When we detect a page change, we use Claude AI to understand what actually changed and whether it matches what you asked to be notified about. This means fewer false alerts.
What happens if I hit my daily AI-analysis limit?
Your pages keep being watched — nothing is lost. Changes detected past the limit are held and analyzed when the limit resets the next day, so notifications are delayed, never dropped. Most users never get near the limit.
How fast are checks?
Power checks every 3 hours, Pro every 6 hours, Free once daily — that is the cadence every alert is guaranteed to arrive on, and it is what you are paying for. Pro and Power also subscribe to a source's update feed where one exists (WebSub), which can deliver ahead of the next check. Treat that as a bonus with no guarantee attached: as of August 2026 we have not observed a single YouTube push arriving, because Google's hub is not being notified by YouTube in the first place. Nothing is missed either way — the scheduled check catches every change.
